The experiment started from the following question: “Is it possible to warm up with the guitar without using purely chromatic exercises?”.

From this purpose was born the idea of ​​writing a piece that was at the same time the summary of different exercises to develop some fundamental techniques of the right and left hand.

The atmosphere is that of an Irish-style dance and the extensive use of techniques such as pull-offs and hammer-ons are a great warm-up and strengthening exercise.
